Meet Our Admins
Mr. Lee and Mrs. Christy Fulmer
Lee and Christy Fulmer serve as administrators of Dikaios Christian Academy. Christy has been homeschooling since 2012, and together they bring over a decade of involvement with Dikaios, where Christy previously served as co-op coordinator before stepping into the administrator role in 2020.
Lee contributes to the leadership, teaching, and vision of Dikaios, while Christy oversees programs, operations, and ministries. Together, they are committed to cultivating a community that is organized, supportive, and rooted in faith.
Outside of Dikaios, they are actively involved in their church and local community, and enjoy raising their six children together.

Meet our dedicated team of volunteers! We are passionate homeschoolers committed to supporting and encouraging one another in our journey. Together, we strive to create a nurturing community for all families.

Academy Director
Mrs. Vanessa Stevens
Vanessa Stevens has been homeschooling her three children for over a decade. As Academy Director, she supports families by overseeing record keeping and providing guidance for their academic needs, and enjoys serving the Dikaios community.

Co-Op Coordinator
Mrs. Andrea Pereles
Andrea Pereles is a Dikaios alumna and homeschooling mother of three. As Co-op Coordinator, she organizes classes and supports the day-to-day flow of the co-op.

Yearbook Coordinator
Mrs. Bethany Dennistoun
Bethany Dennistoun is a parent at Dikaios and serves as the yearbook coordinator, capturing the moments that make each school year meaningful for students and families.
She is a mother of three and enjoys crocheting and gardening.

Community Service Coordinator
Mrs. Kristen Moses
Kristin Moses is a parent at Dikaios and teaches classes for students in grades 1–3. She leads the co-op’s community service efforts, organizing projects such as food drives, children’s hospital outreach, and Operation Shoebox.

Community Life Coordinator
Mrs. Carrie Crider
Carrie Crider has been homeschooling for over 15 years and is a mother of eight. She supports the Dikaios community by organizing opportunities for connection and involvement, including mom’s nights out, Secret Sisters, and community sign-ups throughout the year. Outside of Dikaios, she also serves as a part-time firefighter.

Park Day Coordinator
Mrs. Cassie Van Setten
Cassie Van Setten teaches kindergarten at Dikaios and leads the co-op’s park day program, creating hands-on experiences that bring learning outdoors and build community. She and her husband serve in camping ministry and are raising their two children.

Field Trip Coordinator
Mrs. Tiffany Estacio
Tiffany Estacio is a homeschool mom of two. Her and her husband serve at their local church where she has recently started a homeschool mom bible study. When Tiffany is not working in accounting she uses her skills to teach personal finance and other subjects at Dikaios.

Speech and Debate Coach
Mr. Enriquez
Mr. Enriquez is a high school teacher and speech and debate coach. His desire is for each student to fully understand the reasons behind their beliefs, not simply to become a skilled, competitive arguer. He also supports his wife in homeschooling their children.

History and Literature Teacher
Josie Johnson
As an educator for over 30 years, I have a passion for real-life reading and writing
application coupled with a desire to share the Living Word, Jesus Christ. I have two CA
teaching credentials (English and Reading Specialist) and two Masters’ of Education
(Educational Leadership and Reading).

Spanish Teacher
Ms. Olivia Velazquez
Olivia is a homeschool mom of 7 with 19+ years of teaching experience. She enjoys helping students develop the skills to communicate in
everyday situations while using language to build relationships, serve others, and share the love of Christ.
